We take every complaint seriously. Telling us what went wrong helps us fix it — for you and for everyone we support. You can complain anonymously, and making a complaint will never affect the services you receive.

You do not have to complain to us first. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission accepts complaints about NDIS services on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au.
